“Serving Victims of Domestic Violence: Overcoming Multiple Barriers to Safety"

This training will feature Meri Shadley, Ph.D. who will present information on how disabilities such as mental illness, addiction, and other co-occurring disorders provide increased barriers for victims of domestic violence. Participants of the training will learn strategies for effectively addressing these dual issues, and for developing protocols that focus on victim safety.
