WHAT IS IT?
Coordinated and reviewed by the Nevada Network Against
Domestic Violence, this certificate is awarded to participants after they
have completed a course of study made up chiefly of reading and written
response. Some experiential study (observation of and participation in
victim services), and some classroom study. Training will take place
independently, at your own pace, as you read books and articles, view videos
and observe victim services, participate in local training opportunities,
and keep a “journal” on your responses and thoughts as you progress.
